  • All of it - your furnished office, front-of-house reception, cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi and IT, the stocked kitchen, lounges, showers and bike storage, as well as a certain number of meeting room hours (dependent on suite size and term length).

  • We offer flexible leases on flexible terms from 3 months to 3 years. If your space requirements change, we can work with you to find a space that meets your ever-evolving business.

  • You are welcome to work 24/7, 365 with dedicated fob access that allows you and your team (and only you and your team) into your space for weekday hours or weekend focus time.

  • Our team can work with you to create a bespoke layout just for you. In the past, we’ve built everything from executive offices to reception areas, custom kitchens to podcast studios. No ask is too big for us.

  • Nothing makes us happier than to hear our Porter Privé members are expanding! Depending on your terms, we can move you into a space that better suits your evolving needs.
